- Approval of Previous Minutes

- Discussions:
- School Safety
- Reviewed school safety plan which is in our handbook located on our website.
- We buzz in all visitors and parents into the building and require ID.
- If we need to evacuate off-site we go to the church building on 5th South and 7th North - This is where unification of students and families would occur.
- We will look at the Cache County reunification video to see if we want to incorporate something like that. - Might be better for parents.
- We considered putting the video and information on multiple places for example: facebook. etc.
- Digital citizenship
- All parents and students signed that they will be responsible for the computers.
- If ANYTHING inappropriate is accessed on a student computer the administrator is notified ASAP and they are brought in to figure out what's going on.
- School positive behavior plan
- Blue tickets are given out for positive behavior school-wide.
- 5 tickets are drawn per day and students are given a pencil.
- The student's names are put on a board and once 10 in a row are filled up those kids get an extra activity
- We would like to look into getting a PTA Grant to give more support for teachers - for example: prizes to hand out, lunches or things during meetings etc.
