• Gallup Poll Results:
  • Looked at handout - discussed how great we are doing.

• Discussion on School Safety

  • Monthly drills - the school is doing great.

  • Drop off/ Pick up - With winter coming we will be reminding parents the carpool expectations including not getting out of the car in the carpool lane and avoiding double parking.  

  • We will have a link on the weekly announcement.

  •  

    Idea:  Ask PTA to help reinforce pick up and drop off for the first week after break and then once the next week.

• Threat Assessment:

  • The Principal and SOS are CSTAG-trained to assess threats. 

• Idea from Community Council:

  • Can we get a crossing Guard on 5th.

  • How can we get cars to slow down on the road in front of the school -  ideas:

    • sign, school crossing guard.
