As a council, we looked over the BOY Acadience data:
Overall, our school’s stores were really good!
Discussed how we tested earlier this year, which made it so some scores might have been slightly lower than if we tested later. However, the benefits of getting students’ scores back sooner outweigh this so we can start reading interventions sooner.
Goal for this year: 70% of students Blue (Above Benchmark) by EOY
Safety Update- Isabelle Obray
Isabelle has been working hard to get the attention of the city council/appropriate government officials to create a safer system for our school (i.e. school zones, cross walks, etc.)
They got results back from a survey and will meet with Marisa
Every school will come up with a better safety plan
Our school has already made efforts to improve safety where possible
Moving forward, our meetings will start at 2:15 to make it easier for parents picking up their children.

Sept. 23- Logan High School Homecoming Parade: Adams will have a float
Oct 2- Data Dive
Nov 10- Board meeting at Adams- The board would like to see the Community Council there, more details to come
