ESP of the year
- Students will vote during computers and parents are welcome to vote for someone.
- November 8^th we will look at all the data and choose an ESP form the nominations.
SC Training
- Use Canvas to complete training.

School Improvement Plan
- Reviewed plan and discussed beginning data.
- 70% in our building are at or abavie grade level.
- In addition, we need to keep kids on grade level.
- Our goal is to move 34 stuents to blue.
Parent/Teacher Conference
- Options:
  - Have a positive in-person about 1 month inot school (like old PTC but very quick)
  - Social & Emotion Wellness Checkup with parents
  - More than just the data an scores
  - The letter that was sent home was good, parents understood.
  - Availability window - "Office Hours" so parents can swing by with questions during that time all druing the year.
    - Use of auto email.
Cache Valley Direct Fundraising
- What should we used the $$ for?
  - Laminator
  - Paper Cutter Sharpened
Fall Festival- If students make their AR goal they get to come
- 8:15 - costume parade (Live stream on Facebook, you can watch it later if you missed it, no parents inside.)
- 12:45 - Fall festival
Senior Americorps
- Senior Citizens "Foster Grandparents"
- They read and do math one on one with kids.
- They receive a small stipend.
Drop off and Pick up Followup
- Things are getting better
Discontinuing holiday concert and replacing with Adams Music Folk Dance at the end of the year.
